Before submitting a complaint, please take into consideration the following:

• Complaints are only allowed if the admin is abusing their powers or behaving inappropriately.

• Complaints are not allowed for actions such as slay/gag/kick/ban (120 minutes) unless these commands were clearly used without valid reason.

• If you received a permanent ban and believe the admin has no valid proof, do not open a complaint — instead, go to the Unban Request section.
